Information on the use of personal data: ex. art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03

The personal data entered on this form, and all other eventual information related to yourself, directly or indirectly, are treated and used in conformity with Legislative Decree number 196/2003 (“Code concerning the protection of personal data”). In accordance with Article 13 of the Code, Venier snc informs you that the data which you furnish are treated by computerized means and procedures, for the following scopes:

- to respond to your inquiries
- to keep a data base of the most frequent questions, proposals and communications

The conferment of the Registration Data has an obligatory character. The lack of conferment, even partial, of the data expressly indicated as necessary for the pursuit of the aims, will result in the impossibility of responding to your inquiries. 

The data which you furnish may be made known exclusively to those employees of Venier snc who are specifically authorized to deal with such data according to ex.art. 30 of the Legislative Decree 196/03, with the unique aim of perfecting the activities which you request. The persons entrusted with this treatment of personal data are sworn to secrecy and discretion, as is also imposed by the internal regulations of the company.

In any case, the data will never be diffused.

At any moment, he may exercise his rights as person in charge of the treatment of personal data, according to Art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, which, for your convenience, we reproduce integrally:

Article 7: Right of access to personal data and other rights

1.	The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence (or lack) of personal data regarding himself, even if not yet registered, and its communication in intelligible form;
2.	The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the finality and modality of the treatment;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment effected with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification extremes of the person in charge, of other responsible employees and of the representative designated according to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data may be communicated, or who may come to know about it if they are designated representatives in Italian territory, or other persons bearing responsibility toward the company.

3.	The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) The updating, the rectification or ...when there is interest...the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of data treated in violation of the law, including those the conservation of which is not necessary in relation to the scopes for which they were gathered or successively treated;
c) the attestation that the operations mentioned in letters a). and b). have been made known, even as regards their contents, to those persons to which they were communicated or diffused, except in case of the impossibility of carrying this out or when it would imply the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right itself.
4. The interested party has the right to oppose, entirely or partially,
a) for legitimate motives, the treatment of personal data regarding himself, even if pertinent to the scope of data gathering;
b) the treatment of personal data concerning himself for the sending of publicity or direct sales material, for market research or for commercial communications.
